RESEARCH

To fully investigate, understand and document the effects that this project has on learners & the greater community, interviews will be conducted at all stages of the project.
These have already started, and follow- ups will continue being conducted up to a year thereafter.

At each of the workshops, learners are interviewed to assess their experience of the drumming and how they feel as a result... the educators also hand out questionaires for feedback. The learners that are identified and who participate in the advanced training, will be assessed on a broader deeper level with specifically designed psychoanalysis questionaires. We will also 'follow' these learners for 6 months to a year, to document the transformations that the drumming has assisted in creating within the lives of the learners.
